Achieves concentrates with ≥40% total cannabinoids through molecular vacuum distillation (120–260°C, <0.04 mbar), removing impurities without compromising chemical integrity.

Hyperhop™ is our patented technology for the selective concentration of bitter acids from hop plants (Humulus lupulus L.) delivering ultra-high alpha acid concentrates with preserved xanthohumol, entirely without chemical solvents.

Superior Alpha Acid Selectivity

Achieves alpha-to-beta acid ratios up to 20:1, far exceeding conventional CO₂ hop extracts. This translates to more predictable, consistent bittering in brewing and dramatically reduces the variability that brewmasters face with traditional extracts.

Xanthohumol Preservation

Retains at least 1.5% xanthohumol by dry weight — a bioactive prenylated flavonoid with documented anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, increasingly valued in nutraceutical applications and functional beverages.

Terpene Recovery

The separated oily phase can be distilled to recover hop-characteristic terpenes, creating an additional revenue stream for brewers and essential oil producers while enabling aroma-specific product formulations.
